Human in the Loop Talent provides a diagnostic assessment tool that analyzes organizational data you provide to generate workforce architecture recommendations. The Service is informational and advisory in nature.
The diagnostic output — including team archetype classifications, hiring posture recommendations, role briefs, and roadmaps — is generated by a deterministic scoring engine based on your self-reported inputs. It is not a substitute for professional HR, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any hiring or organizational decisions you make.
The quality of your diagnostic depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for recommendations that result from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.
The diagnostic framework, scoring methodology, and assessment outputs are the intellectual property of Human in the Loop Talent. You may use your individual assessment results for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the diagnostic tool or its outputs.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Human in the Loop Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to hiring decisions, organizational changes, or business outcomes.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
