Human in the Loop Talent ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI-Era Hiring Diagnostic application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you use the diagnostic, we collect the responses you provide during the 7-step assessment workflow. This includes:
We also collect basic analytics events (session started, step completed, assessment generated) to improve the product. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal contact information unless you voluntarily provide them.
Your responses are used solely to generate your personalized workforce diagnostic and hiring recommendations. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our scoring models and product experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your individual data with third parties.
Assessment data is stored in a secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enabled. Sessions are identified by randomly generated UUIDs, not personally identifiable information.
The application runs on Cloudflare Workers and uses Supabase for data persistence. When accessed through ChatGPT, OpenAI's own privacy policy governs how your conversation data is handled within their platform. Our application receives only the structured responses submitted through tool calls.
Session data is retained for 12 months to allow users to revisit their assessments. You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@humaninthelooptalent.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
